New Alliance Fast Track Facility to Support Africa’s Agriculture Transformation Agenda

Crimson Capital is part of the SSG Advisors consortium recently awarded the USAID New Alliance Fast Track Facility Contract. The New Alliance Fast Track Facility is designed to build on previous G8 and G20 commitments by developing and advancing a pipeline of bankable food security projects that support Africa’s agriculture transformation agenda. Initially focusing on Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mozambique and Tanzania, the New Alliance Fast Track Facility will increase the number of investment‐ready market chain infrastructure projects and PPPs by defraying front‐end project development costs and risks that commercial developers or Development Finance Institutions are unable to shoulder alone.
